NEW Yoga Beginners Introduction Workshop (2 hrs) $45 | Last Saturdays of the month 10:00am - 12:00 noon (2 hours)

This workshop is for Beginners to Yoga. No experience required. During this 2 hours workshop, you will learn the foundations of Yoga in a safe and systematic way. 

These intimate group experiences offer a safe, nurturing and inspiring setting to begin your yoga journey. You will leave the workshop understanding basic yoga techniques and foundation poses. A must for those wanting to build their confidence and understanding in this ancient art, philosophy and science that is Yoga.

What you will learn:

- Practice foundation asanas (postures) - standing, seated and supine 
- The correct alignment in each foundational posture
- Learn the anatomical benefit of each asana (posture)
- Breath exercises to improve lung capacity and function 
- Introduction to meditation & mindfulness

​Price: $45 for 2 hour Workshop (and tea and sweets)

Starting date 2026:

- Saturday 31st January 2026 at 10:00am (NOW OPEN FOR BOOKINGS)​

Followed by every last Saturday of the month.
